High rigidity and stability of mechanical structure
The spindle is driven by a fully enclosed flanged disk motor YE2-160M-6-B5, which is with power of 7.5kW, spindle speed 975rpm, it is transmit by a flexible coupling and the gear of the speed change mechanism. Depend on the mechanism, the spindle speed spindle maximum to 1500rpm, 18 steps, range from 30-1500rpm.
3 axe adopt high-precision ball screws, others driven by the synchronous belt, which devoted to high precision.
The three direction guide pairs are equipped with quenching and plastering configurations, which can improve to high accuracy and long life.
Extensive Application
The machine has advantages on maching complex and high presision products, no matter for one piece or big batch, like cam, sample, module, arc groove and so on.
